Week 2 for the DPT Fitness Competition
Today marks the start of week 2 for the Fitness Competition. I’m glad to see that you guys are enjoying your workouts and that some of you are already seeing progress from using your personally structured Dynamic Plateau Training workouts! I hope you all had a great weekend and are ready to start your workouts for this week.
Some of you have yet to provide me with a link to your blog, so that your friends, family and I can follow along with you. If you haven’t already, please send me a link to the blog you’re going to use to post your workout journals too. I’d just like a short summary of your workouts; what you did, how you liked it and so on. There are many free places you can set up a blog.
Also, some of you aren’t posting your workout journals. I’m not sure if you’re behind on starting the competition or just forgot to post to your blog. Whenever you can, please start posting so that I can see where you’re at and see how things are going for you with your DPT workouts.
And lastly, yes I too am currently in the middle of a DPT workout! Right now I’m working on increasing my vertical jump, in hopes of being able to dunk a basketball. It’s not an overly important goal, since I don’t even play on a basketball team, but I’ve always wanted to be able to. I’ve really been putting my legs to the test and am seeing great progress. I’ve been recording all my workouts on paper and in video! So once I’m done I’ll give people a chance to pick up a copy of my DPT Vertical Training workouts.
