Week 3 for the DPT Fitness Competition
Today marks the start of week 3 for the Fitness Competition. I love reading your blogs and seeing that you’re breaking personal records! It’s exciting for me and I’m not the one accomplishing those goals, you are! I hope you all had a great weekend and are ready to start your workouts for this week.
My workouts have been going well too. I’ve been starting them a bit late but getting them in and my legs really are starting to show some great strength. I’ve been holding off on testing my vertical jump again until the end of the 4th month. Although my workout is to boost my jumping, it’s really sculpting my body into something I can be proud of.
