Week 4 for the DPT Fitness Competition
Today marks the start of week 4 for the DPT Fitness Competition. I’m glad to see that you guys are doing well with your workouts. Breaking personal records, feeling good and noticing progress is definitely going to motivate you to keep going and you’re all achieving this! I hope you all had a great weekend and are ready to start your workouts for this week.
My workouts are going well; still sticking to it and boosting my leg strength. My body has changed a lot these past 3 months because of this workout. Even if I don’t end up being able to dunk in a month from now I’ll still come out with a really fit body.
Aim for Progress and if you don’t reach your exact goal ask yourself, “Am I performing better?” Don’t let yourself become discouraged; it takes time and work to reach any goal and sometimes we set our sights too high. If you never give up, you WILL eventually reach your goal.
