Month 2 for the DPT Fitness Competition
Today marks the start of Month 2 for the DPT Fitness Competition! For all of you that have been posting to your workout blogs, I can really tell that you’re making progress. I hope that you’ll inspire others, because you’re inspiring me! Now that you’ve made it through a month of workouts, you’ll get to go back through it all and see how much you’ve progressed performance wise. I always love starting a new month of DPT workouts!
My vertical training is going well. I’ve been dropping weight and inches while at the same time really strengthening my legs. I’m on the last month through this workout, so I’ll have to let you know how well it worked in the end. Either way, I want to offer the workout and videos to the public when I’m done.
