Week 6 for the DPT Fitness Competition
Today marks the start of week 6 for the DPT Fitness Competition. You’re all still really impressing me with how much progress you’re making! I hope you’ve enjoyed going back through your workouts so far and seeing how far you’ve come. Keep your eyes on your goals and aim for progress!
My workouts are going well. I’m in the last month of my workout so I’m going all out and man can I feel it in my legs! I’m anxious to check my results but I’m also anxious to start working towards my next goal: boosting my power lifts.
I hope you all had a great weekend and are ready to start your workouts for this week.
