Week 8 for the DPT Fitness Competition
We’re in the middle of the eighth week of the Dynamic Plateau Training fitness contest! You guys are doing great! You’re really making progress! I hope your workouts have been going well so far this week.
I only have the rest of this week then I’m done with my vertical training workouts. Then I’ll test my vertical, see if I can dunk and move onto powerlifting after a short break. I definitely need a change.
