Month 3 for the DPT Fitness Competition

We just started the ninth week of the Dynamic Plateau Training fitness contest, which means we’re starting the 3rd month!  You all seem to still be making great progress.  If things start to slow down for you, don’t give up!  Not every day will be a personal record breaking day.  Just keep pushing towards your goal and all your workouts combined together will help you get there.  Put in the work and I promise you will see results.  I hope your workouts have been going well so far this week.

 

I’ve wrapped up my vertical training workouts and am happy to move on to something new.  Although it wasn’t my goal, I managed to drop 19 pounds and almost 3 inches off my waist during the past 4 months!  The workouts were hard and were all new to me, so I definitely saw some great changes in my body.  I’ll be testing my vertical in a few days so we’ll see how that goes.
