Week 10 for the DPT Fitness Competition
We just started the tenth week of the Dynamic Plateau Training fitness contest! You’ve come a long way and there’s still progress to be made! I’m glad you’re all enjoying the DPT method and sticking to it. I hope your workouts have been going well so far this week.
I’m gearing up for my next workout… Setting up my workout, buying fitness gear and a gym membership and so on. I’m excited to work on my next goal of raising all my max lifts in the bench press, deadlift and squats! I’ve always wanted to be able to bench at least 300lbs and deadlift 500lbs so we’ll put DPT to the test and see what happens!
