Week 11 for the DPT Fitness Competition
We’re in the 11th week of the Dynamic Plateau Training fitness competition! Things are really moving along quickly… as is your progress! You’re all doing great and I can tell when I read others’ comments on your posts that you’re inspiring others. They see how you look, how you act, how much better you feel and they want that for themselves. This is exactly what I wanted to happen with this contest. I wanted all of you to inspire others to get up and make a change in their life too. They may not be a part of the contest, but they can work toward a better body! Which, in my mind, is better than any prize. I hope your workouts have been going well so far this week.
I plan on testing my max lifts in the flat bench press, barbell squat and barbell deadlift this Friday. I want to see where I’m at right now, strength-wise, so I know how far I’ve come once I complete my next 4 month workout. Also, as some of you may have noticed, my Facebook profile was disabled. I’m working toward getting it re-enabled soon. So for those of you that were posting their workout progress on Facebook, keep on posting and I’ll be back on there to check up on you as soon as I can.
