Week 12 for the DPT Fitness Competition
Today marks the start of the 12th week of the Dynamic Plateau Training fitness competition! I’m glad to see you all are progressing so well and achieving your goals. Whether big or small, your goals will add up to the ultimate goal of you having a healthier, more efficient body you can be proud of. I hope your workouts have been going well so far this week.
Today will be the first day of my new powerlifting workout. I get to lug 67lbs of chains into the gym for my deadlifts and hopefully be greeted with some familiar faces. It’s been a while since I worked out at my gym since all my workouts have been done at home. I’m anxious to get started and see where this workout will take me! I already checked my maxes to see where I’m at before I start (deadlifts: 380lbs, bench press: 205lbs, squats: 195lbs) and have some goals I aim to reach and possibly surpass in 4 months (deadlifts: 500lbs, bench press: 300lbs, squats: 330lbs) . We’ll see what I can do!
