Month 4 for the DPT Fitness Competition
Today marks the start of the 13th week of the Dynamic Plateau Training fitness competition! This is the start of the final month of the competition! I’m glad that you’re all sticking to it and making great progress. Go hard this last month and see how far you’ve come. Keep your goal in mind while eating and training and you will reach it! Make sure you’re getting enough rest too. I hope your workouts have been going well so far this week.
I started my second week of my new workouts and things are going well. I worked my lower portion of my deadlifts today. It’s kind of an ego boost since I can lift a lot more weight because I’m only going through half of the motion. I’m enjoying my workouts and can’t wait until the progress starts rolling in.
