Week 14 for the DPT Fitness Competition
Today marks the start of the 14th week of the Dynamic Plateau Training fitness competition! Time’s flying by quickly; the competition is getting closer to being done! I hope your workouts have been going well so far this week. Remember to keep pushing hard this last month and see how far you’ve come.
I’ll start my third week of my powerlifting workout today. I’ll be working the upper portion of my deadlifts. I’m sure it’ll be a lot heavier weight, so I should be nice and sore tomorrow. I’ll wrap up my workout with some supporting lifts too.
