Week 15 for the DPT Fitness Competition
Today marks the start of the 15th week of the Dynamic Plateau Training fitness competition! We’re getting so close to being done! You’re all doing great; sticking to your plans and making sure you get your workouts in. I can tell that you’re in it for the long haul and not just a temporary fix! I hope your workouts have been going well so far this week. Remember to keep pushing hard this last month and see how far you’ve come.
I’ll start my fourth week of my powerlifting workout today. This week I’ll be doing sets of 2 for all my powerlifts, so I’ll get a good idea as to how much I’ve improved since I began. I’d love to outdo my old one rep maxes from just a month ago with a set of 2 this week, but we’ll see!
