Week 16 for the DPT Fitness Competition

Today marks the start of the 16th week of the Dynamic Plateau Training fitness competition!  This is the last week guys; go hard!  Push yourself through your last week of workouts and really pay attention to what you’re eating.  I hope you all reach your goals if you haven’t already!  I hope your workouts have been going well so far this week.  I look forward to seeing your results soon!

 

My workouts are going really well!  As you know, I’ve been doing powerlifting workouts but I had a big surprise when I hopped on the scale this morning.  I had somehow dropped 14lbs and close to an inch and a half off my waist in the past month!?  I don’t understand it since I’m not eating much different and since I’m working on building muscle.  Perhaps I have found the perfect combination for the DPT method.  All my lifts have gone up, so I know I’m also gaining muscle.  My deadlifts with chains actually went up 20lbs since last month.  I’m loving it either way.
