Need Help with Pistols (Single-Leg Squats)? – Part 4

If you haven’t be able to complete a full, to the ground pistol by now, I have one more exercise for you.  This is exercise will help you build up enough strength to get you back up after you’ve squatted down. 

 

This is a difficult move (so practice the exercises in parts 1-3 first), but once you’re ready go HERE and learn the final exercise that is going to help you achieve a single-leg squat.
