What is DPT?
If you have no idea what Dynamic Plateau Training (DPT) is then let me sum things up for you pretty quickly. DPT is different from other workout programs, and there are actually NO true plateaus involved with DPT.
With DPT you get to trade in boring, monotonous workouts for a fun, progressive structure, centered around variety. But you won’t just have more fun with your DPT workouts, you’ll actually see more progress more often. Because you’re going to be hitting your body from all angles and it will constantly have to adapt to all exercises you’ll be throwing its way.
