I know there’s been some point in your life where you wanted to do the “impossible” and lose fat while building muscle, at the same time. Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s really not all that impossible.
Sure, you won’t drop 50lbs of fat and pack on 50lbs of muscle, but you can definitely make progress in both areas at once. If you already think the goals are impossible to work toward at the same time, then you realize that they work against each other, so expect pretty average progress with both goals. You’ll lose a little weight and you’ll gain a little muscle…
