If you want to quickly lose weight or run faster and longer then you’re going to want to check this out!
As most of you know, I plan on walking/running from Delaware to California next year, in an effort to help kids reconnect with nature. And my body is in no way ready for a journey like that, so I’ve got a lot of training ahead of myself. I mean, last year I celebrated a holiday every single day, and posted a video of me celebrating, and there were WAY too many food holidays… which shows in my waist line.
So, I have constructed a running workout and I’m going to give it to you guys for free, so that you can do the workouts with me! This workout is going to help me drop some weight (so that running is easier) and improve my running (so that my cross-country journey is easier), but I’ll be using a secret weapon while I do these workouts.
