Ben Guinter

I’m the type of guy who practices what he preaches, tries out new things and keeps what works and tosses the rest to the side.  I’m not an “expert” or a big name author on his high horse.  I’m not a fitness model or a bodybuilder promoting products or workouts that I’ve never tried myself.  I’m not a super athlete that works out 2 hours everyday with tons of supplements running through me.

 

 As I was growing up I loved playing sports and working out, which eventually led me to enroll in a fitness major at a local college.  I’ve tried so many different workout programs, contests, supplements and diets throughout the years.  And hopefully, through my past failures and successes, I can help you cut through the garbage and do what really works. 

 

 

I want you to be able to dig deep and unlock your full potential.  I’ll give you some guidance, but it’s up to you to put in the work.
